江西省田径后备人才培养现状与对策分析

The Status Quo and Countermeasures Analysis of the Track and Field Reserve Athletes in Jiangxi Province

采用文献资料、问卷调查和访谈等方法,以2009年江西省少年田径运动会参赛运动队的体育主管领导、教练员和运动员为研究对象,对江西省田径后备人才培养现状进行调查分析。研究结果表明:教练员的整体素质有待提高;运动员出路问题成为后备人才招生工作的"绊脚石";后备人才选材的科学化程度较低;部分县、市场地器材陈旧,有关部门及领导对竞技体育的忽视,导致地区间发展不平衡;财政投入少,经费不足。在此基础上对江西省田径后备人才培养提出了对策。

By using the methods of documentary study,survey,etc,this thesis takes sports responsible leaders,coaches and athletes of sports teams which participated in 2009 Teenager Sports Meeting on Track and Field of Jiangxi Province as research subjects,to investigate and analyze the current situation of track and field reserve athletes in Jiangxi Province.The research results show that： Coaches＇ comprehensive quality needs to be enhanced;The biggest stumbling block to recruit athletes is the issue of obtaining employment of the athletes;The methods to select reserve athletes are not very scientific;Because athletic ground and equipments in some counties and cities are out-of-date and not good,and those relevant departments and their leaders neglect competitive sports,leading to unbalance of regions;Because of little financial input,shortage of finance becomes the bottleneck of the development of athletes＇ education.Finally,based on the analysis of current situation,the thesis advances appropriate countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of the track and field reserve athletes in Jiangxi Province.
