Market Reason and Traditional Ethic:A Social Study Based on Family Dispute Cased by Land Compensation and Resettlement Fees

自市场化改革以来,市场理性以一种前所未有的力量解构着乡村传统社会关系。从征地补偿引发家庭纠纷的个案来看,虽然物质化、功利化、理性化成为乡村社会关系演化的重要趋向,但不容忽视的是,受制于结构、文化与认知的三重嵌入,村民行动受到传统亲缘关系、乡土价值逻辑和公众舆论的多重影响与制约,这进而决定了市场化扩张中的乡村社会关系可能超越纯粹的经济理性而呈现更为复杂的面相。

Market reason has deconstructed rural traditional social relations with unprecedented force since the market reform was carried out.From the cases of family disputes caused by land compensation and resettlement fees,we can find that although materialization,utility and rationalization have become the main tendency of the rural social relations.But bounded by ternary embeddedness of structure,culture and cognition,the action of the villagers is influenced by traditional relations,rural value logic and public opinion.Rural social relations under the market economy would present complex dimensions which may surpass simple economic rationality.
