摘要
目的:根据帕金森病失衡与震颤临床表现特点,采用三维加速度传感器和短距离无线蓝牙技术,设计基于情景姿态的帕金森病患的失衡与震颤检测系统。方法:通过三维加速度传感器获得患者情景姿态变化、肢体失衡与复合震颤的机械波信号,加速度信号由蓝牙模块无线发送给计算机,在计算机上对信号的分析和处理,实现对情景姿态和震颤的识别。结果:有效采集患者肢体加速度信号,计算机对加速度信号直流分量和交流分量进行分析,计算实时情景姿态的变换,正确识别患者静止、步行、跑动、跌倒等情景姿态,并显示实时情景姿态信息和肢体失衡与震颤加速度信号。结论:系统体积小、质量轻、佩戴方便,能够有效采集和处理患者肢体加速度变化信号,与计算机之间的数据传输采用成熟可靠的蓝牙无线通信,并实时分析和显示患者的情景姿态与肢体失衡、震颤信号变化,符合帕金森病肢体失衡和震颤信号检测低负荷的要求。
Objective: According to clinical features of the unbalanced step and tremor of parkinson's disease,using three-dimensional acceleration sensor and short-range wireless Bluetooth technology,this paper designes the monitor to detect the unbalanced step and tremor of parkinson's disease patients in daily status.Methods: Using the three-dimensional acceleration sensor to get signal in daily activity,unbalanced step and tremor,then using Bluetooth module to send the acceleration signal to computer,the signal analysis and processing on the computer,recognized daily status and tremor.Results: The monitor extracted and analyzed the acceleration signal effectively DC component and AC component of the acceleration signal,the computer analysis,the calculation of the real-time transformation in daily activity,recognized standing,walking,running,falling and so on in daily status,and display the acceleration signal of unbalanced step and tremor.Conclusions The monitor with small and light,easy to wear,extracted and analyzed the acceleration signal effectively,using Bluetooth wireless communicated with computers,Real-time analysis and display the acceleration signal of unbalanced step and tremor,in accordance with the signal detection requirements of the unbalanced step and tremor of Parkinson's disease.
