儿童葡萄膜炎血清中炎性因子的检测及临床意义 被引量：2

摘要 葡萄膜炎是眼科的常见病，严重时可致盲，多发生于中青年，其发生发展与机体免疫功能异常或自身免疫反应有关。研究发现辅助性T淋巴细胞（helper T cell，Th）及其分泌的多种细胞因子如干扰素1（interferon-γ，IFN-γ）、白细胞介素2（interleukin-2，IL-2）、IL4、IL-10、肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF—α）等均参与其发病过程。儿童葡萄膜炎较为少见，临床类型也不同于成人，
