星状神经节阻滞结合针刺治疗女性更年期综合征的疗效观察

Effect of stellate ganglion block combined with acupuncture on female climacteric syndrome

目的 观察星状神经节阻滞结合针刺治疗女性更年期综合征的临床效果。方法 女性更年期综合征患者117例，采用星状神经节阻滞结合针刺进行治疗。观察治疗前、治疗1疗程后临床症状及体征的变化。结果显效、有效和无效率依次为55．6％（65／117例）、44．4％（52／117例）和0％（0／117例），总有效率100％。治疗前、后改良Kupperman指数差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 星状神经节阻滞结合针刺治疗女性更年期综合征是一种有效的方法。

Objective To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block combined with acupunc- ture on female climacteric syndrome. Methods One hundred and seventeen patients with female cli- macteric syndrome were received stellate ganglion block combined with acupuncture. Symptoms and clinical signs were observed before the treatment and after one-course treatment. Results The excel- lent, good and ineffective rates were 55.6% （65/117 cases）, 44.40% （52/117 cases） and 0% （0/117 cases） respectively and the total effective rate was 100%, and Kupperman index was improved signifi- cantly after the treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block combined with acupunc- ture is an effective method in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome.
