摘要
神经病理性疼痛的机理复杂，治疗困难。高压氧（hyperbari coxygen，HBO）治疗是一种特殊的氧疗方法，它具备常压环境下一般氧治疗所不能达到的治疗作用，对神经组织具有独特的修复和保护机理。本文拟就此做一综述，旨在为神经病理性疼痛的治疗提供参考。
The mechanism of neuropathic pain is complex and the treatment is difficult. Hy- perbaric oxygen therapy is a kind of special oxygen therapy and has unique mechanism to repair and protect nervous tissue. This review aims to provide references to hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of neuropathic pain.
