摘要
在封闭式流动水体中,对昆明裂腹鱼鱼苗的耗氧率和临界窒息点进行初步测定。试验结果表明:在常温(20℃)条件下,临界窒息点为0.8mg/L(L:12.5cm-16.4cm,W:15.32g-34.28g)。而耗氧率的测定结果则为:在常温20℃:昼夜平均耗氧率为0.215mg/g.h(L:13.5-15.5cm,W:19.75-31.31g),昼夜耗氧率差异不明显;在17.5℃时,昼夜平均耗氧率为0.13 mg/g.h(L:11.9-15.1cm,W:15.16-27.74g),昼夜耗氧率差异明显;在15℃时,昼夜平均耗氧率为0.10 mg/g.h(L:12.6-14.5cm,W:15.66-25.35g),昼夜耗氧率差异明显,昆明裂腹鱼的耗氧率随温度的降低而减小。
Shizothorax grahami fry' s oxygen consumption rate and critical asphyxiation point were determined in a closed flowing water system. Under normal temperature (20 ~C) , the critical asphyxiation point is 0.8 mg/L (L: 12.5 cm - 16.4 cm, W: 15.32 g - 34.28 g) . The oxygen consumption rates at differ- ent temperatures were: at 20 ~C: the daily average oxygen consumption rate was 0.215 mg/g.h (L: 13.5 cm - 15 .5 era, W: 19.75 g - 31 .31 g), No significant difference in instantaneous oxygen consumption rates was observed between day and night; at 17.5℃, 0.13 mg / g.h (L: 11.9 cm - 15 .1 cm, W: 15.16 g - 27.74 g), significant difference in instantaneous oxygen consumption rates was observed between day and night; at 15 ~C, 0.10 mg/g.h (L: 12.6 cm - 14.5 cm, W: 15.66 g - 25.35 g) , significant difference in instantaneous oxygen consumption rates was observed between day and night, the daily average oxygen consumption rate decreases with the decreasing temperature.
