摘要
以碘和氢氧化钾为原料,采用电化学方法制备碘酸钾。研究表明:在有隔膜条件下,电解液的最佳配方为:碘100 g/L,KOH的浓度是100 g/L,KI的浓度是25 g/L。最佳电解条件为:阳极材料为镀钛电极,阴极为铅电极,槽电压为3 V,温度50℃~60℃,电解时间为6 h。在该条件下,电解制备碘酸钾的产率为78.3%,电流效率为80.3%,产品纯度为99.2%。
This paper investigated the production of potassium iodate by electrochemical method. The influence of electrode material electrolyte density( 100 g,/L I, 100 g/L KOH), elec trolyte temperature, current efficiency and potassium iodate(25 g/L)yield were studied. The opti mum experimental conditions for the prroduction of potassium iodate were as follows: anode admix ture of metal cathode lead, electrolyte temperature 50 ℃ -60℃, current efficiency 80.3%, potas sium iodate yield 78.3%, voltage 3 V, pureness 99.2%.
