摘要
探讨压块压力、压块时间、含水率和压缩比对蔬菜育苗营养块抗压强度的影响规律。正交试验结果表明:压缩比和营养土含水率、压块压力、压块时间对营养块抗压强度影响分别为极显著、显著和不显著;确定压块工艺的最佳参数为压块压力3500N、压块时间30s、营养土含水率20%、压缩比1.0:3.0;综合考虑经济等因素,选取压缩比1.0:3.0、含水率20%、压力3000N、压块时间10s作为制作营养块的最适宜工艺参数。
This article examines the effect of briquette pressure, briquetting time, moisture ration, and compression ration on the compressive strength of vegetable seedling nutrition blocks. The orthogonal test results show that the effect of compression ratio, the moisture content of nutritional soil, briquette pressure, and briquetting time on the compressive strength is respectively extremely significant, significant, and insignificant. The determined technical parameters are as follows: briquette pressure 3 500 N, briquetting time 30 s, the moisture content of nutritional soil 20%, compression ratio 1.0:3.0. Taking all factors into consideration, we select compression ratio 1.0:3.0, the moisture content of nutritional soil 20%, briquette pressure 3 000 N, and briquetting time l0 s as the optimum technical parameters.
