非晶合金变压器及其节能效应分析

Analysis on Energy-saving Effect of Amorphous Core Transformer

在介绍非晶合金变压器的基本特点和种类的基础上,以S9系列变压器为对照,分析其低碳节能效果。以500kVA油浸配电变压器为例,利用TOC法对非晶合金变压器进行综合分析与评价。计算结果表明,非晶合金变压器的TOC为普通硅钢变压器的89.7%,性价比较高。

This paper analyzes the low carbon and energy-saving effect of amorphous core transformer in contrast with $9 series transformers on the basis of introduction of its basic characteristics and types. A comprehensive analysis and evaluation of this amorphous core transformer are made adopting TOC method, taking 500 kVA oil immersed transformer as an example. The calculation results show that the amorphous core transformer enjoys significant energy-saving features and the TOC of amorphous core transformer combines 89.7% of that of common silicon iron transformer.
