在市场经济条件下,农机化推广工作面临诸多新问题和新挑战。介绍辽宁省农业机械化技术推广现状,从管理、经费、基础设施、人员素质等方面分析存在的问题,提出创新发展的途径在于建设好试验示范基地、强化推广与服务意识、与农机合作组织联合以及规范推广行为,为农机化技术推广提供借鉴。

The promotion of agricultural mechanization faces a wide range of new problems and challenges under the condition of market economy. This article examines the present state of extension of agricultural mechanization technologies in Liaoning, makes analysis on the existent problems in terms of management, fund, infrastructure, and personnel quality, and puts forward innovative measures to further this work, including establishing demonstration plots, enhancing awareness in extension work and service consciousness, cooperation with agricultural machinery associations, and regulating promotion behaviors.
