Reliability design can effectively improve the quality and stable performance of semi-trailers. With a wide range of semitrailers produced and their increasing focus on lightweight, product failure and failure probability also increases and reliability issues have become increasingly prominent. This paper deals with the significance of improving the quality of these products and evaluates factors for their poor reliability, and puts forward principles and approaches to improve the reliability of these products.
