可靠性设计在半挂车生产中的应用

摘要 随着半挂车产品的多元化和轻量化,其可靠性差的问题日益突出。阐述提高半挂车产品可靠性的意义,分析导致其可靠性差的主要原因,从可靠性设计层面提出提高其可靠性的设计原则和途径。 Reliability design can effectively improve the quality and stable performance of semi-trailers. With a wide range of semitrailers produced and their increasing focus on lightweight, product failure and failure probability also increases and reliability issues have become increasingly prominent. This paper deals with the significance of improving the quality of these products and evaluates factors for their poor reliability, and puts forward principles and approaches to improve the reliability of these products.
