概述保护性耕作技术的概念及内容,介绍保护性耕作在国内外的推广应用情况,从保护生态环境和提高经济效益两方面阐述发展保护性耕作技术对于促进我国农业可持续发展、农业生产节本增效及农民增收具有的重要意义。
This article outlines the concept and content of protective cultivation technique, and examines the promotions of this technique at home and abroad. The author expounds on the significance of developing protective cultivation technology to the sustainable agrieuhural development in China as well as to reducing production costs and increase in farmers income in terms of protection of ecological environment and improving economic benefits.
