摘要
通过对我国中西部三省一市(直辖市)省级政府公务员的问卷调查结果的分析,探讨了我国公共服务动机的结构及其对工作投入的影响。结果发现我国公务员的公共服务动机与佩里的四维度结构有较好的拟合度,公共服务动机对工作投入有显著的积极影响,且公共服务动机中的"对公共利益的承诺"可被用作提升公务员工作投入的重要手段。
Using the data from the questionnaire among the provincial governments in the Middle and West China, the structure of public service motivation (PSM) and the effects of PSM on job involvement (JI) have been explored. These analyses show that PSM in China has a good fitness with Perry’s four-dimension structure and a significant positive effect on JI. Especially, the Commitment to the Public Interest (CPI), which is a factor of PSM, can be used as a tool to enhance the JI of government employers.
