磷钨钼杂多酸催化合成7-羟基-4甲基香豆素 被引量:1

摘要 以磷钨钼杂多酸(H3PW6Mo6O40)为催化剂,以乙酰乙酸乙酯和间苯二酚为原料催化合成7-羟基-4甲基香豆素。探讨了间苯二酚与乙酰乙酸乙酯量比、催化剂用量及反应时间对收率的影响。实验表明:在n(间苯二酚):n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)=1:1.5,催化剂用量为0.2g(间苯二酚0.05mol),反应时间70min的优化条件下,7-羟基-4甲基香豆素的收率可达71.0%。 The synthesis of 7-hydroxyl-4-methylcoumarin with H3PW6Mo6O40 as catalyst,ethyl acetoacetate and resorcinol as crude material has been studied.The effects of the molar ratio of resorcinol to ethyl acetoacetate,the dosage of catalyst and reaction time on the yield were discussed.The results suggested that,when the reaction temperature is about 110 ℃,molar ratio of resorcinol to ethyl acetoacetate is 1:1.5,the quantity of catalyst is 0.2 g(resorcinol was 0.05 mol)and the reaction time is 70 min.the yield of H3PW6Mo6O40 can reach over 71.0%.
