鼻阻力计评估鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后疗效的应用价值

摘要 目的探讨鼻阻力计结合视觉模拟评分法在鼻中隔偏曲矫正术前后评估手术疗效的价值。方法应用鼻阻力计结合视觉模拟评分法测定鼻中隔矫正手术前、术后12周鼻阻变化情况。结果鼻阻力计结合视觉模拟评分法检查显示鼻中隔矫正术后患者鼻阻症状明显缓解。结论应用鼻阻力计结合视觉模拟评分法可客观。 Objective:To investigate application value of nasal resistance meter combination with visual simulation scoring method to assess the diorthosis curative effects on nasal septum deviation.Methods:The nasal resistance changes during 12 weeks pro-to post-diorthosis of nasal septum were measured by nasal resistance meter combination with visual simulation scoring method.Results:The results showed that nasal resistance post-diorthosis of the patients were obviously relieved.Conclusion:Nasal resistance meter combination with visual simulation scoring method can be objective and credible in assessment of nasal septum deviation surgery.
