声音组合刺激对艾维茵肉鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:9

摘要 应用正交试验法研究声音的三种因素(频率、响度及种类)对艾维茵肉鸡生产性能的影响。频率分为次声频率(<20Hz)、低频率(20Hz~200Hz)、中频率(200Hz~3 000Hz)和高频率(3 000Hz~10 000Hz),响度分为65~75dB、75~85dB、85~95dB和95~105dB,声音种类选择轻音乐、古典音乐、重金属音乐和噪音。结果表明:影响平均日增重指标的主要因素为声音频率,其次为声音强度和声音的种类,提高肉鸡平均日增重指标的最优组合为次声频率(<20Hz),75~85dB和重金属音乐;影响采食量指标的主要因素为声音种类,其次为声音频率和声音强度,提高肉鸡采食量指标的最优组合为高频率(3 000Hz~10 000Hz),75~85dB和噪音;影响肉料比指标的主要因素为声音种类,其次是声音频率和声音强度,提高肉鸡肉料比指标的最优组合为次声频率(<20Hz),75~85dB和轻音乐;影响胫长和胫围增长指标的主要因素为声音种类,其次为声音频率和声音强度,能增加肉鸡胫长和胫围增长的最优组合为次声频率(<20Hz),95~105dB和重金属音乐。 The experiment was conducted by using the orthogonal experiment design.The frequency,the intensity and the kinds of sound were used to compare their effects on broilers' production performance.Sound frequency was divided into four levels including infrasound frequency(20 Hz),low-frequency(20-200 Hz),the moderate frequency(200-3 000 Hz) and high-frequency(3 000-10 000 Hz).Sound intensity was divided into four levels including 65-75 dB,75-85 dB,85-95 dB and 95-105 dB,and the sound type was divided into four groups including light music,classical music,heavy metal music and noise.The results showed that the best combination for average daily gain was infrasound,75-85 dB and heavy metal music.It was shown from range analysis that the moderate frequency was the most important factor,following by the intensity and the kinds of sound.The best combination for feed intake was high-frequency,75-85 dB and noise.The best combination for meat /feed ratio was infrasound,75-85 dB and light music.The result reveals that the kinds of sound were the major factor affecting feed intake and meat /feed ratio,following by the frequency and the intensity.The best combination for improving shank length and shank girth was infrasound,95-1055 dB and heavy metal music.
