摘要
私人调查业是近年我国出现的一大新兴行业,它既有着众多正面价值,亦存在不少负面价值。为实现对其有效治理,本文将从私人调查业合法化、设定私人调查业的行业准入制度和行业管理制度三方面展开相关探讨。
The private investigation industry is a new trade in China.It has a lot of positive as well as negative values.In order to achieve effective administration over the new trade,we have conducted researches in three aspects,namely,legalization of the trade,trade entry permission,and rules of regulation.
