摘要
无位置传感器永磁同步陀螺电机的起动及稳态运行性能取决于伺服控制系统的控制策略。以DSP芯片ADMC300为主控芯片,详细论述了将扩展卡尔曼滤波(EKF)应用于航天陀螺稳定平台中的无位置传感器两相永磁同步陀螺电机系统中的起动及稳态运行控制方法和相关软硬件设计。试验结果表明:相比较传统的利用反电势过零换相控制方法,利用EKF方法可以使电机起动更快,获得转子位置信号更多。
The starting up and steady-state operation performance of positon sensorless permanent magnet gyro motor is determined by the conrol strategy of servo control system. Base on DSP chip(ADMC300) as centre control chip, the article discussed in detail about EKF ,which is used in the starting up and steady-state operation method of positon sensorless two phase permanent magnet gyro motor used in gyro-stabilized platform in aerospace and about the related software and hardware design. The experiment result verified that EKF can make the motor starting up quiker and achieve more rotor position signals compared to what the traditional control method using Back-EMF to achieve Dhase convertion can.
