基于MATLAB的级联型高压变频器的建模与仿真 被引量:3

Simulation of Multilevel Voltage Inverter Based on Carrier Phase-Shifted Control

摘要 简单介绍了级联型高压变频器的拓扑结构及载波移相SPWM控制的工作原理,通过MATLAB建立了仿真模型,分析了不同移相方式及不同幅值调制比对输出电压的影响,并对高压变频器带负载情况进行了分析。仿真结果表明该高压变频器输出电压波形接近正弦波,仿真结果与理论分析相符。 The topologies of cells cascaded multilevel inverter and work principle of caMer phase shift control were simply introduced. Through MATLAB simulation experiment, first, we can get the changes of output voltage while the cascaded number, carrier shifted angle and modulation index change. Then carrier phase shifting high volt- age system driving load was analyzed by simulation. The results of simulation showed that the invertor has almost sine wave of output voltage. And the simulation result was consistent with theoretical analysis.
