摘要
要开创素质教育的新局面，教师和家长均应从陈庆的传统教育观念中解脱出来。在新技术革命发展所要求的现代教育科学理论指导下，努力提高教师队伍自身素质，通过教师把素质教育渗透到各科教学中去。
In order to create new situation of the quality education, both teachers and parents should be free oneself from outworm idea of traditional education. Under guiding of scientific theory of modem education required by development of new technological revolution,the quality of teacher's ranks is made gnat thert to improve.
