摘要
本文通过分析国外流域管理方面的经验和发展趋势 ,结合我国流域管理现状 ,提出我国在流域水资源与水环境一体化管理中实施方案的构想。
Watershed management is of much importance in the national regional development and environmental protection. Successful experience and advanced management methods have shown themselves in the developed countries.Legislation and institution will make them more suitable for China.
