摘要
以南昌工程学院为例,对高校青年教师队伍建设的现状进行了初步的探讨,分析了目前青年教师培养工作中存在的普遍问题,应对这些问题所应采取的措施。从领导机构、教学督导、教研室作用、实践能力的培养和激励机制等方面提出了促进学校青年教师发展的对策建议。
In the paper,we analyzed the status quo of teaching staff construction and the common problems in cultivating the young teachers in Nanchang Institute of Technology,and put forward some countermeasures to solve these problems.It is suggested that the young teachers should be cultivated from such aspects as leading organization,teaching supervision,motivation mechanism,cultivation of practical competence,and function of the teaching and research division.
