摘要
介绍了高校图书馆人本管理理论,从人的二重性出发揭示了人本管理中人和图书馆存在的一般矛盾,阐述了图书馆人本管理的有效途径,并试用模糊综合评价方法进行图书馆人本管理的绩效评估。
Based on the introduction of the theory of humanistic management in college libraries,we cast light on the contradiction between the human and the library in the humanistic management according to the dualism of the human being,illustrate some measures for the humanistic management in the libraries,and suggest that the fuzzy evaluation method should be used in the performance evaluation of the humanistic management.
