摘要
各种原因造成的口腔颌面部缺损给患者的生理和心理造成极大的影响,需要口腔修复科医生进行赝复治疗,而数字化技术为口腔颌面部赝复治疗开辟了一条新的途径。本文从数字化赝复技术的产生和发展状况,实现方法和过程以及今后发展和前景等方面进行阐述,提出充分利用缺损腔倒凹进行固位和恢复正常生理解剖外形的赝复体设计理念,以及利用阴形型盒设计辅助赝复体加工的新技术。
Oral-maxillofacial defection generated from different reasons would deliver patients with devastation in both physiology and morphology, so it needs to be well re- stored by clinicians. Digital technology explores a new ap- proach to solve this clinical problem. This review introduces this new technology with its emergence and development, its means and process for realization as well as its growing and prospect for future. The article puts forward new principles of full usage with undercuts of defections for retention and rever- sion of normal anatomical structures for the patients, as well as the new manner for processing prostheses through design- ing and machining female moulds.
