果味啤酒是一种即具有啤酒风味,又具有碳酸型饮料风格,酒精含量较低(1%~2%)的饮料酒。该文对果味啤酒的开发作了初步探讨,以增加啤酒品种,满足不同消费群体的需要。可望为企业带来新的利润增长点。
Being a sort of beverage beer, the fruit beer with lower alcohol content (l % ~' 2% )has both beer and carbonic acid beverage flavor. The article is a primary probe on developing fruit beer so as to increase beer variety to make need of different consumers and bring along more profits for the enterprise.
