井下节流泡沫排水采气工艺适用性探讨 被引量:7

摘要 井下节流技术是长庆油田低成本战略路线十大关键技术之一,不仅提高了生产安全系数,同时也降低了生产成本。但节流器具有严重的剪切消泡现象,使得泡沫排水效果降低,甚至失败。为此,首先对苏里格西区气井产液、井筒积液以及泡沫效果进行分析,并结合相关资料,对井下节流条件下影响泡沫排水效果的主要因素进行探讨。研究发现,气井产能越高、积液高度越小以及积液面与节流器相对位置越近,则泡沫排液效果越明显;反之,效果较差。在此基础上,根据现场试采资料,归纳了泡沫排水工艺在井下节流条件下的适用条件及范围,为现场井下节流条件下排水采气工艺选择提供指导作用。 Downhole throttling was one of the top ten key technologies in Changqing Oilfield,by which not only the safety factor of production was improved,also production cost was reduced.However,the throttling unit had serious shear and foam removal.Therefore the effect of foam drainage was reduced or even failure was induced.In this paper,the situations of gas wells located in the west of Sulige Gas Field are analyzed,such as production fluid,liquid loading and the effect of foam drainage.In combination with relevant well data,the factors affected the effectiveness of foam drainage for downhole throttling gas well were researched.The research results indicate that the higher the productivity is in the gas well,the less the liquid loading is and the nearer the liquid loading area is to the corresponding position,thus the obvious the effect of liquid removal of the foam would be.On the contrary,the effect is poorer.On the basis stated,according the field data,the condition and range of downhole adaptability of the foam drainage and throttling are summarized.It provides a guidance for choosing the downhole drainage and throttling techniques in the oilfields.
