Public Hospital Reform Focus on Cutting Additional Drug Profit

为保证在取消药品加成后，医院不在”过度检查”上做文章，我们还辅以医保支付方式及医院内部运行监管方面的改革。

According to the Implementation Plan of Separating Medicine and Health Service in Public Hospitals in Shenzhen city which was released recently,from the third quarter,all the public hospitals have to cut the additional drug pro t,and the reduction of pro t will be compensated by increasing the price of health service.The diagnosis and treatment fee will be paid by health insurance.If the health insurance fails to pay,the fee will be paid by the local government.Outpatients could go to drugstores to purchase their medicine based on the prescription from the doctors.
