摘要
采用水杨酸法和邻苯三酚自氧化法,研究CPIP和PIWE清除羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的效果。结果表明:CPIP具有一定的还原力;CPIP和PIWE对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基均具有较强的清除能力,即桑黄菌丝体具有良好的体外抗氧化活性。
The scavenging effect of Phellinus igniarius polysaccharide and water extracts on hydroxyl radicals （. OH-）and oxygen radicals （O2.）were tested by salicylic acid and pyrogaUol autooxidation methods. It＇s reducing power was measured by prussian blue method. The results show that myeelia polysaeeharide from Phellinus igniarius possess certain reducing power while polysaceharide and water extracts have different scavenging activity on＂ OH- and O2, namely, Phellinus igniarius myeelia have good antioxidant activity in vitro.
