摘要
2004年以来中央一号文件连续9a都锁定农业,把农业作为党和政府工作的重中之重,足以说明国家对农业的重视。对中央一号文件的内容做出了理解,对中央一号文件的出台背景进行了阐述,重点对中央一号文件之所以聚焦于农业科技创新进行了分析。
Since 2004, the No. 1 Document of the central government has focused on and listed agriculture on its top agenda which shows the foundation position of agriculture in our economy. This article examines the background of the emergence of No. 1 Document and makes deep understanding and analysis on it, in particular, the focus of agricultural innovation in the document.
