摘要目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白(high sensitive c-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)在急性脑梗死发病机制中的作用。方法分别检测急性脑梗死患者和健康对照者血清hs-CRP和Hcy水平。结果急性脑梗死组血清hs-CRP和Hcy水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论炎症反应和高Hcy血症与急性脑梗死的发生密切相关。
