白细胞VCS参数在小儿细菌感染时的变化及应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨血细胞分析仪白细胞VCS参数在小儿细菌感染时的变化及应用价值。方法采用BECKMAN COULTERLH750血细胞分析仪检测细菌感染患儿78例,收集中性粒细胞及淋巴细胞VCS参数,包括中性粒细胞平均体积(MNV)、中性粒细胞平均传导值(MNC)、中性粒细胞平均散射值(MNS)、淋巴细胞平均体积(MLV)、淋巴细胞平均传导值(MLC)及淋巴细胞平均散射值(MLS),并与对照组比较分析。结果中性粒细胞VCS参数中,与对照组比较感染组MNV、MNC明显增高,MNV随白细胞计数升高而增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MNS各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。淋巴细胞VCS参数中,与对照组比较感染组MLC及MLS明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MLV各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血细胞分析仪VCS参数作为一种反映细菌感染时白细胞形态学变化的新指标,对小儿细菌感染的辅助诊断具有重要价值。
