国产清梳联有关技术问题的探讨

Discussion of Some Technical Points Concerned with Domestic Blowing\|carding Units

扼要叙述了国产清梳联技术的发展及目前推广的国产清梳联生产线的主要形式 ,介绍了引进清梳联和国产清梳联的生条质量和成纱质量情况 ,指出清梳联质量考核的首要指标是生条 5m重量不匀率及其合格率、5m重量偏差合格率 ,其次是生条条干CV %。国产清梳联经过不断完善已取得重大突破性进展 ,其生条质量水平较好的已经达到了引进国际知名厂家清梳联设备的质量水平 ,且适纺品种范围广 ,纺纱质量好于传统清棉—梳棉工艺。经过分析 ,认为推广国产清梳联设备具有明显的技术经济效果 ,是一条符合中国国情发展的道路。文中还介绍了开好用好国产清梳联的关键 ,探讨了清梳联工艺、除杂效率和棉结等问题 。

The development of domestic blowing\|carding technique was elaborated as well as the main form of domestic blowing\|carding production\|line which is being spreaded at present,the circumstance of card sliver quality and yarn quality on overseas and domestic blowing\|carding units was introduced,the most important check\|up targets of blowing\|carding quality are the 5 metres card sliver weight unevenness and its accepted product percentage,the accepted product percentage of 5 metres card sliver weight deviation,the more important target is the variation coefficient of card sliver evenness.The domestic blowing\|carding quality has made a breakthrough by continous development,the better card sliver quality on domestic equipment had achieved the quality lever on import blowing\|carding equipment that made in international well\|known plant,the domestic blowing\|carding units had large spinning applicability,and had better spinning quality than conventional scutch\|carding processing.By analyses,the writer considered that spreading domestic blowing\|carding units had tangible result on technique and economy,it was a path that suitable for the condition of China.This paper introduced the key points on using domestic blowing\|carding units,discussed some problems on blowing\|carding processing,cleaning efficiency and neps,and gave some points that need making further research.
