国产短流程清梳联的设计及调试生产

Design and Debugging Production on Domestic Abbreviated Blowing\|carding Units

为了适应转杯纺纱生产对前纺半制品的特殊要求和减少设备投资 ,武汉白云集团联合多家纺机厂共同开发研制了新型短流程清梳联生产线。该生产线全部采用各纺机厂专门研制的首台设备 ,实现了一抓、一开、一混、一清 ,全流程无凝棉器 ;该生产线除杂效率、生条质量、成纱质量符合生产要求 ;该生产线流程短 ,设备投资少 。

In order to reduce equipment investment and to meet the special requirement of rotor\|spinning to the semi\|product produced in fore \|spinning processing,Wuhan Baiyun Group Co.,Ltd.developed new abbreviated blowing\|carding production\|line with some other textile machinery plant.By using the first equipment all developed by every plant,this production\|line has accomplished the processing of one\|grabbing,one\|opening,one\|blending and one\|scutching without condenser in all processing,this production\|line met the production requirement with its cleaning efficiency,card sliver quality and yarn quality,and met the development tendency of worldwide blowing\|carding technique in status\|quo with its abbreviated processing and low equipment investment.
