高校学生党员后续教育管理的问题与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of College Students Party Members' Follow-up Education Management

随着高等教育规模不断扩大,高校学生党员队伍人数随之大幅增长,高校在严把学生党员发展质量关的同时,如何提高党员后续教育管理的实效性,培养具有较高政治思想素质和业务素质的大学生党员队伍,发挥高校学生党员先锋模范作用,是当前高校党务工作者亟待研究的重要课题。文章对高校学生党员后续教育管理现状及原因进行分析,提出进一步加强和改进高校学生党员后续教育管理的对策建议。

With the expanding scale of higher education, college student Party members of the crew along, with substantial growth in the strict development of the quality of student party members at the same time, colleges and universities how to improve the effectiveness of the party members follow-up education management, training with high political and ideological and professional qualities students, contingent of party members to play a college student party members vanguard and exemplary role, it＇s an important issue for the current college party workers to be studied.This paper analyzed follow-up edu- cation and management status and the reasons for college students party members, put forward some suggestions to further strengthen and improve the management of the party members and follow-up education of college students.
