浅谈九型人格论在高校教育中的作用

九型人格论属人格心理学范畴,其应用范围广泛,有助于个人每个年龄段的成长、人际沟通和关系处理,它得到国内很多专家学者的研究,并且取得了突出的成绩,近年来更是倍受关注。文章在简要分析九型人格之后,结合目前高职院校人材培养的最终目标,提出教师应该具体分析学生的性格特质,施行相应的教学方法、因材施教的观点。
