摘要
本文旨在研究外语教学中的教师自主,教师自主与学习者自主的关系及教师自主性的培养。研究以教师自主概念的分析入手,对教师自主的内涵、教师自主在培养学习者自主中的作用、教师自主与学习者自主的关系及教师自主性培养方面做了较全面的探讨。指出教师自主的核心是能力,基础是意识,条件是社会支持,目的是促进学习者自主。教师自主过程就是学习者自主发展的过程,在培养学习者自主中教师自主是不可或缺的。研究还指出教师自主可以通过建立教学档案袋、反思性实践和教育行动研究进行培养。本研究结果可为教师自主性的探讨和培养提供借鉴。
This paper aims at the study of teacher autonomy in foreign language teaching, the relationship between teacher autonomy and learner autonomy and the cultivation of teacher autonomy. The study starts with the analysis of the concept of teacher autonomy, and proceeds with the contents of teacher autonomy, its role in cultivating learner autonomy, the relation- ship between them and the cultivation of teacher autonomy. The study indicates that the core of teacher autonomy is ability, the foundation awareness, the condition social support and the purpose to encourage learner autonomy. The process of teacher autonomy is also the development of learner autonomy. In cultivating learner autonomy, the role of teacher autonomy is indispensable. At last, the study also indicates that teacher autonomy can be achieved through the building of teaching portfolio, reflective practice and educational action research. The study results can be used for reference to the research and cultivation of teacher autonomy.
