本文以青岛某高校为例,对高校教师心理健康、职业倦怠和工作绩效关系开展理论研究并利用统计软件SPSS进行数据统计分析,初步给出了高校教师心理健康与职业倦怠和工作绩效之间的关系并提出相应的对策和建议。
