摘要 教师是高校发展的基础,但是随着社会主义市场经的发展和完善以及人才市场的逐步开放,高校教师队伍出现了无序流动,导致教师队伍不稳定,在这种情况下高校要建立相对稳定的教师队伍,就要把科学的管理理论应用到工作中去。本文引入心理学家赫兹伯格出的"双因素理论",通过"调动积极性—取得成绩—调动积极性"之间的良性循环,来促进教师的有序流动。 Teachers are the basis for the development of colleges and universities, But with the development and perfection of the socialist market as well as the gradual opening up of the talent market, university teachers disorderly flow, leading to the instability ofteacliers, colleges and universities in this case to establish a relatively stablethe team of teachers, we will build the scientific management theory is applied to the work. This paper introduces the psychologist Herzberg "two-factor theory", through "motivation - achievement - mobilization" of a virtuous cycle between the active to promote the orderly flow of teachers.
