据2010年全国教育事业发展统计公报统计,全国共有独立学院323所。随着独立学院地迅速发展,其内部控制问题也更为紧迫。本文主要针对独立学院在发展过程中出现的缺乏内控或者内控不完善等问题进行揭示,并提出相关的解决对策。
