摘要
大学生心理健康教育是当前大学生思想政治教育工作的重要内容,分析大学生常见的心理问题及产生的原因对促进大学生心理健康教育至关重要。文章通过对心理健康的定义及大学生普遍存在的几种心理问题的分析,提出了相应的解决方法。
Mental health education is an important part of the current ideological and political education work, analysis of college students＇ common psychological problems and the cause of education is essential to promote the students＇ psychological health. By the definition of mental health and the prevalence of the analysis of several college students＇ psychological problems, put forward the solutions.
