慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染携带者中医证型分布特点

Distribution of Syndrome Types in Carriers of Chronic Asymptomtic Hepatitis B Virus Infection

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染携带者(以下简称携带者)中医证型分布特点。方法收集携带者200例,HBeAg阳性携带者和HBeAg阴性携带者各100例,通过辨证分析得出中医证型,分析其分布特点。结果 HBeAg阳性携带者中医证型分布为湿热中阻型3例,肝郁脾虚型92例,瘀血阻络型3例,肝肾阴虚型2例,脾肾阳虚型0例。HBeAg阴性携带者分别为4、87、5、4、0例。2组均以肝郁脾虚证为主,与湿热中阻型、肝肾阴虚型、瘀血阻络型比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组湿热中阻型、肝肾阴虚型、瘀血阻络型、脾肾阳虚型之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组各型之间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论携带者中医证型分布规律以肝郁脾虚型为主,湿热中阻型、肝肾阴虚型和瘀血阻络型散在出现,没有表现为脾肾阳虚型的特点。

Objective To investgate the distribution of syndrome types in carriers of chronic asymptomtic hepatitis B virus infection（ASC）.Methods Two hundred cases of ASC were deversed into HBeAg（＋） group（100 cases） and HBeAg（-） group（100 cases）.The characteristics and distribution of syndrome types were investigated by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.Results The syndrome distribution of ASC patients was as follows：In 100 patients with HBeAg（＋）,syndrome of damp-heat obstruction was 3 cases,syndrome of liver depression with spleen insufficiency was 92 cases,syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficiency was 2 cases,syndrome of stagnant-blood obstructing collaterals was 3 cases,syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficency was 0 case,and in 100 patients with HBeAg（-） was 4,87,5,4,0 case,respectively.The syndrome of liver depression with spleen insufficiency were considered as main symptoms and signifficently diffirent from the other types（P0.05）.No significant difference was found among the other four types（P0.05） and between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The main proportion of ASC was syndrome of liver depression with spleen insufficiency,the rest showed syndrome of damp-heat obstruction,syndrome of liver-kidney yin deficency,syndrome of stagnant-blood obstructing collaterals,and there was no case classified into syndrome of spleen-kidney yang deficency.
