还少丹对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠免疫功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察还少丹对D-半乳糖致衰老模型小鼠免疫功能的影响,并探讨其延缓衰老的机制。方法将小鼠随机分成对照组、模型组和还少丹低、高剂量组。采用皮下注射D-半乳糖溶液制备亚急性衰老模型,还少丹低、高剂量组给予相应剂量的还少丹水煎液灌胃,对照组和模型组给予等量的蒸馏水灌胃,连续6周。测定各组小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏指数、脾组织IL-2水平及T淋巴细胞的增殖活性。结果与对照组比较,模型组小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数、IL-2水平和T淋巴细胞增殖活性明显降低(P<0.01);与模型组比较,还少丹低、高剂量组均能增加胸腺指数和脾脏指数,提高IL-2水平和T淋巴细胞增殖活性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论还少丹可通过增加胸腺和脾脏指数来保护免疫器官,通过提高IL-2的水平及T淋巴细胞的增殖活性增加机体免疫活性,这可能是还少丹发挥抗衰老作用的机制之一。 Objective To probe into the mechanisms of Huanshaodan in delaying aging by observing its effect on immunological function of aging mice induced by D-galactose.Methods Mice were randomly divided into four groups:control group,model group,low-dose and high-dose Huanshaodan group.The model mice were established by D-galactose subcutaneous injection.Meanwhile,Huanshaodan was administered to the treatment groups,control group and model group were given NS.After 6 weeks,the index of spleen and thymus,the spleen level of interleukin-2(IL-2) and T lymphocyte proliferation activity were detected.Results Compared with the control group,the index of spleen and thymus,the spleen level of IL-2 and T lymphocyte proliferation activity significantly decreased in the model group(P0.01).The index of spleen and thymus,the spleen level of IL-2 and T lymphocyte proliferation activity obviously increased in both the treatment groups compared with those in the model group.Conclusion Huanshaodan can protect immune organs by increasing index of the thymus and spleen,increase the body's immune activity through improving IL-2 level and T lymphocytes proliferation activity,which may be one of the anti-aging mechanisms of Huanshaodan.
