摘要 近年来,随着高校教育的快速发展,教学质量评价作为衡量高校教师教学能力的尺度越来越受到各大高校的重视。教学质量关系到国家高等教育的总体水平,是高校的核心竞争力。本文以耗散结构理论作为提升高校教学质量工作的科学理论依据,详细分析了当前高校教学质量现状,并就新形势下如何提升教学质量科学化工作进行了深入剖析和探讨。 In recent years, with the rapid development of higher education, teaching quality assessment as a measure of the scale of university teachers' teaching ability more and more attentioned by major colleges and universities. The quality of tea- ching related to the overall level of national higher education, the university's core competitiveness. Dissipative structure the- ory as a scientific theory basis to improve the quality of university teaching, a detailed analysis of the quality of university teaching status quo, and for the new situation, conducted in-depth analysis and discussion on how to enhance the quality of teaching and scientific work.
