深度辅导工作作为新形势下高校辅导员的重要工作内容和教育手段,在大学生思想政治教育工作中发挥着重要的作用。而对于艺术院校辅导员来说,深度辅导工作一方面为我们提供了更好的工作模式与途径,另一方面也对我们提出了更加严格的要求。作为艺术院校的辅导员,应兼顾艺术类学生的特点、个性化发展的需要以及自身深度辅导能力的提高,拓宽深度辅导的思路与形式,以个性化的模式对他们进行深度辅导,达到最为理想而有效的教育目的。
