广泛应用的多媒体技术,影响着大学英语的教学模式和教学方法。本文将从多媒体辅助大学英语教学的利弊进行思考和阐述,并结合实际提出在教学过程中如何发挥其优越性,避免局限性,进而运用多媒体充分达到理想教学效果。

With the wide use of multimedia technology, its application has had great effects on the modes and methods of college English teaching （CET）. This thesis explains the advantages and disadvantages of multimedia in assisting and facili- tating CET and puts forward some suggestions to apply its advantages and avoid its limitations during the teaching process in order to achieve better teachine effects.
