摘要
文章通过文件查阅法、访问问卷法和简易营养评价法对40名神志清楚的老年人进行调查,以了解福利院老年人的营养状况,为福利院老年人的合理膳食提供依据。发现老年人营养现况不容乐观,基本营养素不足,应改善营养计划,协调套餐中营养比例。
Inspection of documents, access to questionnaires, and simple nutritional evaluation of 40 elderly conscious in- vestigation to understand the current status of welfare institutions of nutrition for the elderly, provide the basis for welfare homes elderly reasonable diet. Found that the Senior Nutrition current situation is not optimistic, lack of essential nutrients, should improve the nutrition program, coordinated package proportion of nutrition.
