摘要 目前,LED插件机为了降低成本多采用散料插件,即在插件前要将零散的LED灯通过传送装置进行有序排列、管脚校直、辨别极性等工序后传送到机械手装置完成插件,以便于机械手的抓取,并保证了LED插件机的速率和成功率。文章根据二极管的特殊结构,设计了一种二极管的自动传送装置,实现了二极管在传送过程中的管脚校直、辨别极性等功能。LED自动传送机构为LED自动插件提供了技术支撑,实现了LED传送过程的自动化,对LED行业的发展有重要推动作用。 Currently, LED plug-in machine use bulk material plug-in to reduce costs. The piecemeal led lights before the plug-in carry out ordered arrangement, pin alignment, identify polarity and other processes through the transfer device, then LED be transferred to the robot device to complete plug-in for enabling crawl, and guaranteed rate and success rate of the LED plug-in machine. This text based on the special structure of the diode to design a automatic transmission device of diode. This automatic transmission device achieve diode pin alignment, identify polarity and other functions in the transmission process. The automatic transmission device of diode provide technical support for the LED plug-in machine, achieve the automation of the LED transfer process and has an important role in promoting The development of LED industry.
