摘要 文章研究基于LED光源的DLP投影显示光学引擎系统,运用非成像光学理论计算了与所选用的DMD芯片相匹配的LED光源的发光面的尺寸及方棒的尺寸,利用光的折射定律和三角法则,设计了光学引擎系统中重要光学元件TIR棱镜的各项参数。采用Tracepro软件对整个光学引擎系统进行了建模、模拟和设计,并测得系统的照度图,计算了系统的光能利用率和观测光的均匀度,为建立基于LED光源的DLP投影显示光学引擎系统的实验装置奠定了良好的基础。 We study optical engine system for DLP projection display based on LED. By Using non-imaging optical theory, the size of LED chip and light pipe were calculated, which match the DMD chip, We have determined the parameters of TIR prism (an important optical element of the optical engine system), based on light refraction law and triangle rule. The simulation and design of the optical engine system were achieved by optical software Tracepro. The illuminance map, optical efficiency and uniformity of the system have been obtained. A good foundation for further experimental study on LED projector was built.
