摘要
为对某微型离心压气机进行反设计,以多种叶轮机械辅助设计软件处理该压气机叶轮的测绘数据,重构了离心叶轮模型并形成了气动设计文件。首先在GAMBIT中利用测绘数据拟合得到了叶轮不同叶高的主叶片和分流叶片位于5个叶高的型线并以IGES格式输出,而后用BLADEGEN软件处理叶型和流道型线,并通过型面修整和叶尖、叶根插值完成了叶轮的三维造型,形成了可用于气动性能分析的设计文件。以计算流体力学软件CFX进行数值模拟的结果表明,在此反设计的叶轮满足气动性能的要求。
The geometry plotting parameters of the impeller in a air compressor were processed with several aided design softwares,a model of the centrifugal impeller was reconstructed and the pneumatics design file was obtained to conduct the inverse design of a centrifugal compressor.The 5-layer curves of main blade and splitter blade were created form points by least squares fit and exported in IGES format by GAMBIT.The meridional curves and the blade profile were treated by the software BLADEGEN,and the blade loops were confirmed.The gas dynamics parameters designed in this way were given.The computational fluid dynamics simulation was carried out with CFX.It shows that the impeller can meet the design requirements.
